Greetings Ladies!
And Happy March to you all !!
With Spring just around the corner for the Northern Hemisphere ladies,
and Fall just about to break for our Southern Hemisphere sisters, it's
obvious that we are all in a state of transition at this time of year.
The holidays are but a memory of yesterday, as are the celebrations of
bringing in a new year, and yet I find myself still motivated to continue
to work on the "new attitude" I had adopted at the first of this year!
For me, the year 2001 is going to be a year of accomplishments, getting
things done that have been "on a back burner" for some time, as well as
taking up new projects that will continue to expand my awareness of the
wonders of life around me.
I find that in "finishing things" I have more time for other new projects,
and a whole lot less stress because I'm not running around wondering what
it is that I should be working on! I'm getting less distracted, and that's
a good thing, as there is nothing more confusing than having that "running
around in circles, chasing my tail" type of feeling! (smile)
Being a "goal-oriented" type of gal, I find a small reward in being able
to put that lil check mark in the done square of my To-Do list! And I
know that the best way to keep the motivation HIGH, and the "happiness
meter" purring,
I always need to have yet another project to put my attention on. It's
a wonder, too, in keeping the energy level at a high pitch as I keep busy
"getting things done"!
So, might I make a suggestion here? Take stock in all the "things" you
have going on in your life, write them down on paper to get them out of
your head and in a "form" you can really look at them.
Evaluate their levels of importance, as well as "degree of effort" to
getting them finished off, if possible. Put these tasks into perspective
to each other, and the time you are willing to put forth on each of them.
Leave plenty of room at the end of your list to "add more things" as they
come up, as you know they will!
Then pick one item, call it Project A (for instance), and figure out how
to get it done, and DO IT! Go for putting the "check mark DONE", and reward
yourself, somehow, when you do! You may find the "game" becomes "how many
Dones can I get checked off today?"...and then you will know you are 'on
a roll'!!!
That's my lil sharing of 'getting organized', ladies.....as I prepare
to go into Spring Cleaning mode! *smile* I do hope you all have a great
month, and achieve all your Dreams!!! Follow your hearts, sisters...and
the miracles of life will be uplifting and wonderful!!!
I send my love and brightest of blessings to all,

Birthday Announcement
March Winds
I love this season! Winter is one of my favorite times
of the year. I love the crispness of this month. I even love the snow
and the coldness.
I am not a summer person.. I do not love the heat. I
always felt you can get warm but can not always get cool. I am sure there
are many people out there who will disagree with me..
We are moving into our fifth month of putting out the
e-zine-- in this month of March... It is amazing to me. I feel that staff
and I have grown so much...So many changes like the March winds... all
I hope for the betterment and interest of our readers..
We have tried to bring things to you that are new and
innovating...and we welcome any suggestions you have....All you have to
do is click on "Notes to the Editor" and request.
I get excited when we bring different columns to you...
I also love the solidness of the familiar columns...
The staff are topnotch...they work hard from the graphics
team to the columnist to the proof readers to our two staff members who
lay the e-zine to bed... Everyone pitches in to make it work.. I so appreciate
them.
So now with out further hurrah, I want to invite you
to sit back with a cup of tea, well, sit back as best you can in a computer
chair and stroll through the wonderful informative columns..
All done for you - our LOTH sisters.
Come back and read it again and again as we are put on tidbits five days
a week for the whole month. Love to you all !!!
